All PowerWatch X pre-orders are shipped!

We are pleased to say that all pre-orders have been shipped! We are thankful for your support and patience throughout this journey. We couldn’t have done it without you! For those of you that may not have received notification of your shipment, please contact our customer support team who can help resolve any issues. We also will be making an announcement in the next couple of days about the new watch faces! We are excited to share the news with you.

Finally, we are aware of some bugs that were introduced in the latest firmware update that added Chinese, Japanese, and Korean language text notification support to the X. Please rest assured that we are doing everything we can to fix the bugs and we will release a new firmware version with those fixes as soon as possible.
